1. When your membership starts: member area access vs. roadside assistance

Your membership and your roadside assistance coverage start at different times.

Member area access starts as soon as you sign up, including during the 14-day free trial.

Roadside assistance coverage starts only when all three of these are true:

• You have completed the one-time activation form sent to your email after your order
• Your first membership payment has been successful, which happens at the end of the 14-day free trial
• Our roadside assistance provider has confirmed your registration

You are not covered for roadside assistance during the 14-day free trial. Your coverage start date is stated in the welcome email containing your Member ID. If you have not received that email, your roadside assistance is not yet active.

Billing does not depend on the activation form. Membership charges follow the plan you accepted at checkout, even if you have not completed the activation form. Completing the form is what enables your roadside assistance, not what starts your billing.

Roadside assistance coverage ends when your membership ends.

2. Who is included

Active Roadside Plus members whose membership has started under Section 1, plus the member’s significant other and legal dependents age 26 and under residing at the member’s address.

3. What is included

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. Service limits

• One service within any 72-hour period
• Five services per year
• Towing is limited to 15 miles per occurrence. Mileage beyond 15 miles is your responsibility.

5. What is not included

• Accident scene towing and secondary tow services for vehicles involved in collisions
• Tire service where the spare tire is missing, flat or not serviceable
• The cost of fuel, oil, water or other fluids delivered
• Any repair work beyond the services listed in Section 3
• Vehicles not accessible to a standard service vehicle
• Repeat service beyond the limits in Section 4
• Any service requested before your membership start date under Section 1

Have your Member ID, your Group ID, your location and your vehicle details ready.

Do not contact Copyhero LLC or QuietProtector to request roadside service. We cannot dispatch a provider. Calling us will delay your service.

7. Cancellation and refunds

This program contains a 30-day cancellation period, with a full refund of all periodic membership fees if membership is canceled within the first 30 days after the effective date.

The VIP subscription and all related products include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period and will not be charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to all VIP benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

Roadside Assistance is provided by New Benefits, Ltd., not by QuietProtector. QuietProtector cannot dispatch service, guarantee response times, or adjudicate service requests. This is not an insurance product.

These Terms of Service govern your use of QuietProtector websites, subdomains, checkout pages, landing pages, customer support channels, and your purchase of any products or services from us. By using the site, placing an order, or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy.

1. Contracting Party and Scope

QuietProtector is the trade name used by Copyhero LLC and Tradone Limited. Copyhero LLC d/b/a QuietProtector operates this website and offers the products displayed on it. The registered Business Address for Copyhero LLC is 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States; however, for all physical mail and legal notices, our mailing address is 440 N Barranca Ave #3696, Covina, CA 91723, United States. For certain transactions, payment collection and processing may be carried out by Tradone Limited, located at RM03 24/F, Ho King Comm Ctr, 2-16 Fayuen St, Mong Kok, Hong Kong, acting as an authorized payment collection partner. Accordingly, transaction records, billing descriptors, or payment confirmations may reflect Tradone Limited or another processing descriptor rather than the website brand name. These Terms apply to quietprotector.com and affiliated subdomains, landing pages, checkout pages, and support communications that link to or reference these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order or enroll in a subscription, membership, or auto-renewing program with us.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may reject, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory constraints, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal compliance, or payment issues. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the amount we charged in accordance with applicable law.

Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping charges, fees, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The price and terms displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will govern that order unless a pricing error is obvious and material. Payment processing may be performed by third-party processors acting on behalf of the seller.

4. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Auto-Renewal Programs

If we offer any VIP membership, subscription, replenishment, auto-resupply, continuity, or other recurring-billing program, the material terms of that program will be disclosed on the enrollment page, offer page, or at checkout before you are charged. These material terms may include the amount or pricing method, billing cadence, trial period, renewal timing, included benefits, how to cancel, and when charges begin.

By enrolling in a recurring program, you authorize QuietProtector, including where applicable Tradone Limited acting as an authorized payment collection partner, to charge your selected payment method in the manner disclosed at enrollment until you cancel or the program ends. The amount, billing interval, trial or promotional period, renewal timing, cancellation method, and any other material terms will be disclosed before you complete enrollment.

You may cancel a recurring program before the next renewal using the cancellation method disclosed at sign-up. QuietProtector will provide a cancellation mechanism that is at least as easy to use as the method you used to enroll, where required by law. VIP membership support requests may be sent to vip@quietprotector.com. General support requests may be sent to support@quietprotector.com or made by calling +1-877-428-1729. The Roadside Plus membership is governed by Sections 5 and 6 below.

5. Roadside Plus (formerly VIP Protector Circle) Membership

The Roadside Plus is a paid subscription membership offered by Copyhero LLC d/b/a QuietProtector. Membership includes 40% off all premium emergency gear, VIP-only quarterly giveaways, free shipping on your orders, access to VIP video courses, and three benefits provided by New Benefits, Ltd.: 24/7 QuietProtector Roadside Assistance, Global Travel Assistance, and Legal Services. We may add, modify or remove membership benefits. If we materially reduce benefits, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

Free trial. New members receive a 14-day free trial starting the day the order is placed. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged at all. Roadside Assistance, Global Travel Assistance and Legal Services are not active during the free trial.

Billing and automatic renewal. By enrolling you authorize recurring charges. The membership is billed $99.97 every 8 weeks. The first charge occurs at the end of the 14-day free trial, and charges continue automatically until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as QP ROADSIDE ASSIST or QuietProtector. Where payment collection is performed by Tradone Limited as described in Section 1, the descriptor may reflect that entity instead. Prices may change, and we will give you at least 30 days written notice by email before any price increase takes effect, applying only to charges after that notice period.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation is immediate: no phone call. Cancel online at vip.quietprotector.com/cancel or by email to vip@quietprotector.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your benefits, including Roadside Assistance, remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and end on the last day of that period.

Refunds. During the 14-day free trial you may cancel and you are never charged. This program contains a 30-day cancellation period, with a full refund of all periodic membership fees if the membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after the effective date. Outside that period, membership fees are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. This refund right applies to the membership fee and does not cover physical products, which follow the TerraTell product guarantee.

6. Roadside Assistance: Activation, Provider, and Limits

Activation is required and membership is not automatic. Roadside Assistance starts only when both of the following have happened: you complete the one-time activation form we email you after your order, and your first membership payment is successful at the end of the 14-day free trial. We email you your Member ID and your effective date on the day of activation. Until you receive that email you are not active and should not rely on the benefit.

Provider. Roadside Assistance is not provided by QuietProtector. It is provided by New Benefits, Ltd. (a Discount Plan Organization), PO Box 803475, Dallas, TX 75380-3475, telephone 800-800-7616. This is not an insurance product. What is included, and the limits. Towing up to 15 miles per occurrence, jumpstart or battery boost, delivery of fuel, oil, water or other fluids to your vehicle, installation of your vehicle's spare tire where the spare is inflated and serviceable, and lockout service, available 24 hours a day. Service is limited to one service within any 72-hour period and five services per year. Mileage beyond 15 miles is your responsibility, as is the cost of any fluids delivered. Accident scene towing and secondary tow services for vehicles involved in collisions are excluded, as is any service requested before your membership start date. Services are subject to provider availability and applicable state regulation and may not be available in all states or all locations. How to request service. Call the Roadside Assist number, 866-611-7043, available 24 hours a day, and give the producer code #47128, Plan B, along with your Member ID and Group ID. You may also use the My Benefits Work app or visit MyBenefitsWork.com. Have your location and vehicle details ready, and stay with your vehicle until the service provider arrives. Do not contact Copyhero LLC or QuietProtector to request roadside service. We cannot dispatch a provider, guarantee response times, or adjudicate service requests, and calling us will delay your service. The number 800-800-7616 reaches New Benefits member support for benefit and registration questions, not roadside dispatch.

Global Travel Assistance and Legal Services. These benefits are also provided by New Benefits, Ltd. and its service providers, not by QuietProtector. They activate together with your Roadside Assistance under the same activation described above, with no separate step required. They are assistance, coordination and referral services. Global Travel Assistance provides emergency travel support and coordination when you are 100 or more miles from home. Legal Services provides access to a nationwide network of attorneys, with certain services at no additional legal fee and others at reduced or capped rates. Neither is an insurance product, and neither pays your medical, travel, legal, court or filing expenses unless expressly stated in the provider's own terms. Attorney network services may be declined by an attorney due to a conflict of interest or other professional reasons, and are limited to matters under United States jurisdiction.

Family members. Your membership includes your significant other and your legal dependents age 26 and under living at your address, at no additional cost. You may add them at vip.quietprotector.com/family. You are responsible for having their permission to share their information with us and with New Benefits, Ltd.

Your information. To provide Roadside Assistance, Global Travel Assistance and Legal Services, we share your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number with New Benefits, Ltd. and its service providers. We share this only to enroll and maintain your membership. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Eligibility. Membership is available to United States residents age 18 and over with a valid United States mailing address. Roadside Assistance availability may be limited in some states, and we will tell you at activation if it is not available where you live.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

We sell to customers in the United States and to selected international destinations where checkout is enabled. Availability of products, shipping methods, and destinations may change at any time and may be restricted by local law, import rules, carrier limitations, or product-safety requirements.

Orders may ship from U.S. or international warehouses, fulfillment partners, or suppliers depending on inventory, destination, and product availability. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout, in order confirmations, or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we explicitly state otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the time we advertised, or within the time required by applicable law if no shipping timeframe was stated, we will provide notice and the options required by law, which may include consenting to a delay or canceling for a refund. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the address you provide, except to the extent mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

8. Returns, Refunds, Warranty, and Shipping Protection

Our Refund & Returns Policy, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, Shipping Protection Terms (if purchased), and any product-specific written guarantee or warranty made available at the time of sale are incorporated into these Terms. If a product page, checkout page, or written offer clearly provides a more generous return, refund, or warranty promise than the default policy, that specific written offer will control for that purchase.

9. Product Use, Safety, and No Guarantee of Outcome

QuietProtector sells emergency preparedness, outdoor, survival, and household products. These products are intended to assist with preparedness and response, but they are not substitutes for professional rescue services, medical care, licensed advice, ordinary household safety planning, or compliance with manufacturer instructions and warnings.

You are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with all packaging, instructions, warnings, care guidance, and applicable law. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate. Water filtration performance, heat retention, durability, and similar product outcomes depend on conditions of use, maintenance, storage, source conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Nothing on our website, packaging, or in our communications is medical advice. Our products are not medical devices unless expressly identified as such.

10. Intellectual Property and Site Content

All content on our websites and materials, including text, graphics, product descriptions, logos, videos, downloads, layouts, and compilations, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for your personal, lawful shopping or informational use.

Some website imagery, videos, or other illustrative content may be enhanced or generated using artificial intelligence or similar tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, illustrative content is provided for marketing, educational, or demonstrative purposes and should not be interpreted as depicting a specific real person, event, or outcome.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, or similar content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it is not unlawful, infringing, misleading, or defamatory.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our websites or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with site functionality or security, upload malware, harvest data without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty or guarantee made available by us, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the websites, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability or that products will prevent loss, injury, damage, illness, or any emergency outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights and remedies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the site, products, services, or these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order or product will not exceed the amount you paid for that order or product, unless a higher amount is required by non-waivable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the applicable QuietProtector contracting entity, and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers, harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your unlawful conduct, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If you reside in the United States, these Terms and any dispute between you and us will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of any arbitration agreement in this section.

For U.S. residents, before beginning arbitration or filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing support@quietprotector.com with a description of the dispute and the relief requested. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may elect binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules. Either party may instead bring an individual qualifying claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or other non-arbitrable claims. To the extent permitted by law, class, collective, consolidated, and representative proceedings are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@quietprotector.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

If you reside outside the United States, this dispute-resolution section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not deprive you of any mandatory rights to bring a claim in your country of residence or another forum required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order or other relevant interaction will govern unless a later version is required by law or expressly accepted by you.
